Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in transparent pricing and fair cancellation practices for every relocation.

At BMR Global Relocation Services, we understand that relocation plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our relocation management services.

1. Cancellation Before Survey

Customers may cancel their request before the home survey or consultation without any cancellation charges.

2. Cancellation After Survey

If a physical or virtual survey has already been completed, any survey charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Booking Cancellation & Refund

Refund eligibility depends on the notice period before your scheduled moving date.

4. Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule should be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled move.
• Rescheduling is subject to team and vehicle availability.
• Additional charges may apply if logistics have already been arranged.

5. International Relocation

International relocations involve advance commitments with shipping lines, airlines, customs agents and overseas partners. Cancellation charges may be higher depending on work already completed and third-party costs incurred.

6. No Show

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a "No Show" and no refund may be applicable.

7. Third-Party Expenses

Any non-refundable expenses already paid to third-party service providers, including permits, hotel bookings, freight charges, customs documentation, insurance premiums or government fees, will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method wherever possible.
